Flagged questions

Track every question you've sent to a specialist — read replies, add comments, close tickets when you're satisfied, and reopen them if you're not.

Flagged in the sidebar lists the tickets you raised.

Support resolves them — you close them when you are satisfied.

The Flagged page

The Flagged page with All flags, With the QA team, Resolved and closed, and Reopened tiles above a three-column board
Flagged — your tickets on a board.

Along the top, four tiles count your tickets:

All flagsEverything you have raised
With the QA teamWhatever you flag goes here — a specialist is working on it
Resolved and closedAnswered — comment to reopen
ReopenedYou sent these back for another look

Click a tile to filter. New Replies shows how many specialist replies you haven't read yet; Mark replies as read clears them.

Support resolves. You close. A flag is with the QA team from the moment you raise it. A specialist's reply marks it resolved — closing it is yours.

How a ticket moves

With the QA team

You flag an answer. The ticket waits for a specialist — its card says how long: "A specialist is reviewing this — today", or "… day 16 in the queue".

Resolved and closed

A specialist replies and the ticket is closed — by you, when you're satisfied, or by the specialist. The card shows the start of the Onyx specialist's reply.

If the QA team looked at it and closed it without writing back, it reads just Closed — looked at and closed without a written reply — nothing was sent to you.

Reopened

Not happy with the answer? Reopen the ticket, or add a comment to it. It goes back to the QA team and appears under Reopened, with an Open link on its card. When you're satisfied, Close this ticket again.

Board and List

The Board has a column per stage, in the order a ticket travels: With the QA team → Resolved and closed → Reopened. Each card shows its reference (FLG-…), your question, the specialist's reply if there is one, and when you flagged it.

Switch to List (top right) for a compact table — Ticket · The flag · Status · When — instead of the board.

A reopened ticket — Close this ticket when you're done.

You'll see:

  • the ticket reference and its status — With the QA team, Resolved and closed, Closed or Reopened — your question, and when you flagged it
  • The answer you flagged — the full text
  • Ticket thread — every step, labelled: You flagged this answer, Onyx specialist, You asked a follow-up, Reviewed by the QA team, Reopened — waiting on the QA team
  • Add a comment — see below
  • Open in the conversation — jump to the exact turn you flagged
  • Copy the reply — copy the specialist's answer

If you've deleted the conversation, the ticket still keeps a copy of the answer you flagged.

Adding a comment

Use Add a comment — "Ask a follow-up, or tell the specialist what is still unclear…" — then Send comment. You can format the text and Attach a file (PDF, PNG or JPG — or drag one in).
