Opening Deal Hub
Open Deal Hub from Onyx Platform, what to do if you see an access screen, and how to sign out.
Deal Hub has no sign-in of its own. You sign in once on Onyx Platform at platform.getonyx.dev (see Signing in) and open Deal Hub from there.
Open Deal Hub
Sign in to platform.getonyx.dev. See Signing in.
Choose Deal Hub in the Platform sidebar, or its tile on the Platform Dashboard (Launch Deal Hub ↗). Deal Hub opens in a new tab. See Hubs.
Deal Hub opens on its Dashboard. You're already signed in, so there's nothing else to do.
If the Deal Hub tile says Ask your administrator for access, an organization admin gives it to you under App access in User Management.
If you see an access screen
Deal Hub checks your access each time you open it. If something is missing, you see a screen that says what and how to fix it, with a button back to Platform.

| You have not been assigned Deal Hub | Your organization has Deal Hub but you don't. Ask your organization administrator |
| Your organization does not have Deal Hub | An Onyx administrator needs to enable it for your organization. Contact your GEM |
| No organization selected | Choose an organization on Platform, then open Deal Hub again |
| Your account is not active yet | Sign in to Onyx Platform at least once, then try again |
| Your Onyx account is disabled | Ask your organization administrator to turn it back on |
| You are not a member of this organization | Switch to an organization you belong to on Platform |
| Your membership is suspended | Ask your organization administrator |
| This organization is inactive | Your organization is suspended in Onyx. Contact your GEM |
| Deal Hub is unavailable | Deal Hub is switched off for everyone for now. Try again later |
| We could not verify your access | Onyx isn't responding. This isn't a problem with your account; try again shortly |
| Deal Hub is misconfigured | A problem on Onyx's side. Report it to your GEM |
| Access could not be granted | Onyx declined access for a reason this version of Deal Hub doesn't recognize. Report it to your GEM |
Signing out
Open the account menu (top right) and choose Sign out. As on Platform, this signs you out of every Onyx product in this browser.
Your profile and organization
Your profile, your organization, your team and every setting are managed on Onyx Platform, not in Deal Hub. The account menu's Settings, My profile and Organization open them there. See Settings, Org Management and User Management.
