Settings
The Settings menu (Account and Commercial settings), who sees which page, and General Settings for your profile, organisation, appearance and regional preferences.
Open Settings from the bottom of the sidebar, or Profile in the account menu. Every settings page sits under Platform › Settings, with the Settings menu on the left: Manage your account and commercial settings in one place.

The Settings menu
The menu has two groups.
Account
| Page | For | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| General Settings | Your profile, your organisation, appearance and regional preferences (below) | Everyone |
| Company | Your company's business details and Microsoft purchasing channels. See Company | Everyone. Organisation admins edit |
| Branding | Your logo, brand colours, variations and brand kits. See Branding | Everyone. Organisation admins edit |
| Integrations | Microsoft Partner Center. See Integrations | Everyone. Organisation admins connect |
| Org Management | Your organisation and its child organisations. See Org Management | Everyone. Organisation admins create child organisations |
| User Management | People, invitations and app access. See User Management | Organisation admins only |
Commercial settings
These pages hold the data Deal Hub prices deals from. They show only when your organisation has Deal Hub and you have been given Deal Hub.
| Page | For |
|---|---|
| Pricing | Your price lists and the suppliers you buy from. See Pricing, Uploaded files and Procurement sources |
| Services | The services you sell alongside licences. See Services |
| Incentives and funding | Microsoft funded engagements you can offer, and incentive look-ups. See Incentives and funding |
For organisation admins
Only organisation admins change Company, Branding, Pricing, Services and Incentives and funding. Other members can open these pages and read them; the controls that change something are switched off, and the page says an organization administrator manages it.
Deal Hub has no settings of its own. Its account menu's Settings opens General Settings here, and every old Deal Hub settings link opens the matching page above. See Settings moved to Platform.
Set up in this order
Nothing here locks your hubs: people you invite can open them straight away. Setting up first means they arrive at hubs that already carry your company details, your brand and your prices.
Company
Choose your Microsoft purchasing channels. Price lists can't be uploaded until a channel is set, and your Country / region decides your Microsoft market for funding.
Branding
Upload your logo and set your colours, or import them from your website. Platform, Deal Hub, quotes and customer onboarding pages take your brand.
Pricing
Add your distributors as Procurement sources, then upload and activate a price list for each. Deal Hub can't price a deal without an active price list.
Services and Incentives and funding
Add the services you sell, then tick the Microsoft funded engagements your organisation can offer.
General Settings
General Settings has four cards.
Your profile
Your name, photo and how you signed in: your First name, Last name, Role (Admin or User) and when you First signed in.
- Change photo: choose an image up to 10 MB. You'll see Photo updated.
- Edit name: change your first and last name, then Save. You'll see Profile updated.
Your profile is shared by every Onyx product.
Organization
The organization you are working in. Managed by Onyx administrators. It shows your organisation's name and logo, its Organization ID, its Company website and its Organization Type (for example Partner, with the number of child organisations under it).
For organisation admins
Organisation admins see Edit details, to change the Organization name and Company website, then Save. You'll see Organization details updated. The company website is where Import from website and the Company lookup start.
Appearance
Choose the theme and information density used across the platform.
- Theme: System, Light or Dark
- Display density: Default (Roomy, easy scanning), Comfortable (Slightly tighter spacing) or Compact (Most rows on screen)

Configure regional localization, timezone, and platform defaults.
