Onyx Platform overview
Your Onyx workspace, all in one place, with one account and one sign-in for every Onyx hub.
Onyx Platform at platform.getonyx.dev is your home for Onyx. From one secure workspace you can:
- open the Onyx hubs enabled for your organisation: Deal Hub, Support Hub and more
- see how your organisation is doing on the Dashboard
- contact your GEM, your named Onyx contact
- manage your profile and preferences
- set up your organisation once, for every hub: company details, branding, brand kits and, with Deal Hub, pricing, services, incentives and funding
- manage your organisation and its people (organisation admins)
One account for everything
Every Onyx product uses the same Onyx account and the same sign-in. Sign in once on Platform and you can move between hubs without signing in again. Signing out of any Onyx product signs you out of all of them in that browser.
Access is invitation-only: your organisation's administrator invites you, and each hub is enabled for your organisation separately.
One place for settings
Every setting lives in Platform's Settings, including the ones Deal Hub uses. Your brand set here shows in Platform, Deal Hub, quotes and customer onboarding pages.
