Hubs
Open the Onyx hubs enabled for your organisation, and what to do when you can't open one.
Your organisation's hubs are the Onyx applications enabled for it:

| Deal Hub | Microsoft CSP licensing, cost and incentive analysis for Onyx partners, with deal and proposal tools. See Deal Hub |
| Support Hub | Maya, the Microsoft licensing assistant. See SupportHub |
Open a hub
- In the sidebar, choose Deal Hub or Support Hub. Support Hub opens on its chat.
- On the Dashboard, choose the hub's tile (Launch Deal Hub ↗). Support Hub's tile opens its own dashboard.
The hub opens in a new tab. You're already signed in, so there's nothing else to do.
The Hubs page, at platform.getonyx.dev/hubs, lists every hub enabled for your organisation, each with Enabled and Open hub.
When you can't open a hub
| You see | It means |
|---|---|
| Ask your administrator for access | The hub is enabled for your organisation but not given to you. Your organisation admin gives it to you under App access in User Management |
| Work in Progress | The hub is in a controlled rollout and you haven't been selected yet |
| Not enabled for this organization | Your organisation doesn't have this hub. Contact your GEM |
If you see No hubs enabled yet, contact your Onyx administrator.
