Services
The professional and managed services you sell, added by hand, from a file or found on your website, and whether each one shows in proposals.
Settings › Services: What you sell, with prices. Services appear in Partner offers on decks and briefs. The services here are offered on every customer's Partner offers tab in Deal Hub.
For organisation admins
Only organisation admins can add, import, edit, hide or delete services. Other members read the page with An organization administrator manages services.

What you see
The summary strip shows how many services you have (Across ... workloads), the average margin across priced services, and the Total services GP in your services currency. With nothing priced it says Not priced yet (Add prices to see margin and GP).
Your services lists each service's Service, Workload, Type, Customer cost (for example £45 per user per month, or Unit not set) and GP / margin. A service that came from a website or file and hasn't been kept yet carries the ✦ AI suggestion mark. A service you've hidden shows Hidden from proposals.
Search with Search services..., filter by type (All types), by proposals (All services, In proposals, Hidden from proposals) or by workload.
Add services
With no services yet, the page offers three ways in. Afterwards the same buttons sit in the header.
Choose Add service (Type in one service with its price.) and fill in:
| Field | |
|---|---|
| Service name | Required |
| Service type | Professional Services, Managed Services, Consulting, Support, IP/Software or Other |
| Workload | Modern Work, Azure, Security, Business Apps, Data & AI or Other |
| Customer cost | What the customer pays. Leave empty if not priced yet |
| Unit | What the customer cost is per: per user, per user per month, per month, per day or one-off |
| Total services GP | Your gross profit. Leave empty if not priced yet |
| Description | Optional |
| Hide from proposals | Kept in Services, but left out of Partner offers on decks and briefs. |
Choose Add service. You'll see Service added. If a service with that name exists, Platform says so and offers Open the existing one or Add anyway.
Suggestions to review
Suggestions to review collects what file and website imports found that you haven't added yet: Tick the ones you offer, then add them. Nothing is added until you do.

Each import shows where it came from (From acme.com, From Rate card 2026.pdf), its state and how many are left to review. For each suggestion you can tick it, Edit price or Dismiss it.
| Action | Does |
|---|---|
| Dismiss these | Dismisses the rest of an import's suggestions. They will not be suggested again unless you restore them. |
| Show dismissed | Lists dismissed suggestions, each with Restore |
| Undo this import | Removes the services that import added. Any you edited or kept since stay |
| Remove | Removes a file import, its suggestions and the stored file. Services you kept or edited stay |
Manage services
Each row's menu has Edit service, Keep (for an AI suggestion), Hide from proposals or Show in proposals, and Delete service. Deleting asks Delete service?: the service will no longer be available for new proposals.
Tick several rows to act on them at once: Keep, Change type, Change workload, Hide from proposals, Show in proposals or delete them. Clear selection unticks them.
A hidden service stays in Services but isn't offered on a customer's Partner offers, unless that customer already has it.
Procurement sources
The suppliers your organisation buys Microsoft from, Microsoft (Direct) and your distributors (Indirect), the default source, and retiring or deleting a source.
Incentives and funding
Choose the Microsoft funded engagements your organisation can offer and the market its amounts use, and look up the incentives you earn on a product.
