Company
Your company's business details, the website lookup that fills them in, and the Microsoft purchasing channels (Direct, Indirect) that decide how deals are priced.
Settings › Company: Your company identity and business information. Deal Hub uses these details on quotes and documents, and for pricing and funding.
For organisation admins
Only organisation admins can change Company. Other members see Administrator access required (An organization administrator manages the company profile.) and Save changes is switched off.
Company website
The top line shows your Company website, for example Company website: acme.com · Change in General Settings. The website and your organisation's name belong to your Onyx organisation, so you change them once, in General Settings. Choose Change in General Settings (or Add in General Settings when none is set).
Fill in details from your website
Onyx can read your company website and fill in your country, time zone, phone and email. The line under the website shows where this stands:

A lookup never overwrites a value someone typed. Each field it filled says From your website under it (or From your Onyx account) until someone edits it. If the website gave your country, the field says Please confirm, then save: choose Save changes to confirm it.
If a lookup fills in values while you are editing, saving says Company changed while you were editing. Reload to see them, then make your change again.
Reading websites is paused
When Onyx has paused reading websites, the page says Reading websites is paused and the lookup line doesn't show. Fill the details in yourself.

Microsoft purchasing channels
Choose every channel your organization uses to buy Microsoft products. Price list uploads need this. Choose one or both. The card shows Required until one is chosen, and Selected: names your choice (Both when you choose two).
You hold a Direct Bill agreement and buy straight from Microsoft, so Partner Center pricing applies. Microsoft is your procurement source. Lines priced from Microsoft's price list earn incentives at Direct Bill rates.
Save
Choose Save changes. You'll see Company saved. The header shows Unsaved changes while you have edits, and Discard puts the saved values back. You must choose at least one purchasing channel before saving.
If you leave the page with unsaved changes, Platform asks Save changes before leaving? Choose Stay here, Leave without saving or Save and continue.
Settings
The Settings menu (Account and Commercial settings), who sees which page, and General Settings for your profile, organisation, appearance and regional preferences.
Branding
Your logo, dark mode logo and brand colours, variations of your primary colour, the live preview, and how saving, undo and reset work.
