What you see
Four cards count Total uploads, Processing, Action required and your sources by channel.
The table shows each upload's FILE, SOURCE, PERIOD, ROWS, UPLOADED date, STATUS and ACTIONS. Under each file name, Onyx names the file type and the families it holds: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
| Status | Means |
|---|---|
| Extracting, Mapping, Normalizing, Activating | Working in the background. The row shows the step, for example Step 4 of 6 · Reading the file |
| Review required | Onyx needs an answer. Open its card on the Upload tab |
| Ready to activate | Processed and waiting for you to activate it |
| Activated | Pricing deals now |
| Upload incomplete, Failed, Rejected | Didn't finish. Open it to see why, then upload again |
Search with Search files, sources, markets or periods..., filter by source (All sources) or status (All statuses), and choose Show discarded to see discarded uploads (Hide discarded hides them again). New upload in the header goes back to the Upload tab.
