Brand kits
The looks a presentation, brief or quote can be drawn in, the kit in use, and how to add, edit, use and delete kits.
A brand kit is a look a document can be drawn in: a name, a Brand color, an Accent color, a Heading font, a Body font and an optional Logo. Your own brand is one; others might be a customer's look or a co-brand.
Brand kits sits at the bottom of Settings › Branding: Other looks you can pick per document in Document Studio.

The list
| Row | |
|---|---|
| The kit in use | First, marked In use, with no actions. After Use on a kit, or Use for my brand in Import from website, it's that kit, and there's no separate Your brand row. When your brand came from no kit (for example you changed it on the Branding page above), the first row is Your brand, marked In use. To change it, change your brand above or use another kit |
| Every other kit | Its logo, name and colours, with Use, Edit and Delete (organisation admins) |
Your organisation keeps up to 25 brand kits. At 25, the section says An organization keeps up to 25 brand kits. Delete one to add another.
While a kit saves, its button shows a spinner. After a change, Updating with a spinner shows beside Add brand kit while the list reads again, and a confirmation appears when it's done: ... added, ... saved or ... deleted.
For organisation admins
Only organisation admins add, edit, use and delete kits. Other members see the list without actions.
Add a brand kit
Choose Add brand kit. The colors, fonts and logo a presentation or brief is drawn in.
Fill in the Name, the Brand color and Accent color, the Heading font and Body font, and optionally a Logo (Upload logo; 2 MB or smaller).
Choose Add kit. You'll see ... added.
If the colours make text hard to read, you'll see Some text may be hard to read on these colors. The kit keeps the colours as chosen; check it before a document is drawn in it.
Edit or delete a kit
- Edit opens the same form (Edit brand kit). Change what you need and choose Save kit. You'll see ... saved.
- Delete asks Delete this brand kit? The kit is removed from this list. Documents already made with it keep their look. Choose Delete kit. You'll see ... deleted.
Use a kit as your brand
Use makes a kit your brand everywhere: Deal Hub, Platform, onboarding pages and new documents.
Choose Use on the kit. Platform asks Use ... as your brand? and says what happens: Your current brand is saved as a kit first. If the kit has no logo, your current logo stays.
Choose Use this brand. You'll see ... is now your brand. The kit moves to the top, marked In use, and Platform takes the new look at once.
If your brand came from no kit (you set it by hand), it's kept once as a kit first, for example Your previous brand is saved as Acme brand (before 14 Oct 2026). Switching from one kit to another keeps no extra copy: the look you leave already lives in its kit.
Any unsaved changes to your brand above are discarded when you use a kit.
Where kits are used
In the Document Studio, the Colors picker for a presentation or brief lists the kit in use first, then your other kits, then Onyx's prebuilt themes. A quote's Brand kit choice works the same way. New documents start in the kit in use; picking another changes that document only. See Create a presentation and Build a quote.
