Document Studio overview
Create customer presentations, executive briefs, quotes and Excel scenario exports from a customer's record, and find them again in Documents.
The Document Studio turns a customer's data and saved scenarios into documents you can send. Open it from any customer record with Create (top right, on every tab).

You can also start a presentation or brief from the Customers list's row menu (Create presentation, Export report), and a quote or export from Scenario planning.
Where your documents go
Everything you make is saved in the customer's Documents tab, under Generated, with every version. Anyone in your organization with Deal Hub access can open, edit and download it.
Finding your way
Every flow shows where you are (for example Customer › Documents › Quote › Review) with Close, a stepper whose done steps take you back, and a way back named after where you opened it (for example Back to Scenario planning, which returns to the same scenario). Leaving unfinished work asks first and keeps your choices. A switched-off button says why beside it, with a one-click fix where there is one.
Each person's choices are remembered: a new quote, export, presentation or brief starts from your own last one. Reset to defaults forgets them.
What it draws on
- Your brand and brand kits for colors, fonts and logo, set in Onyx Platform's Settings › Branding. New documents start in the kit in use. See Branding and Brand kits.
- Saved scenarios for prices, quantities and savings. See Create a quote.
- The customer's Microsoft 365 and Azure data for licenses, usage, security and spend.
- Your company details from Onyx Platform's Settings › Company (see Company), for quote footers.
The AI writes the words; figures come from the customer's data, not the AI.
