Create a presentation
Choose the slides, check the customer data, pick the colors, and generate a customer-ready deck with a companion document.
A presentation is built in three steps, Slides, Data and Generate, then opens in the studio for editing.
Slides
On a customer record, choose Create → Presentation. Create a customer presentation: Choose what the deck covers.
Under Choose your slides, tick the groups of slides to include (Include ...). Customize individual slides lets you pick slide by slide. The cover is Always included. A slide with no data for this customer says so, for example No Azure data for this customer. Your slides start from your own last presentation's; Reset to defaults goes back to the standard set.

Choose Show the data.
Data
Customer data shows everything the deck will be built from, read from the customer's connected data and saved scenarios. Check it. What happened lists each step as it happens.
- Regenerate reads the data again, for example after you saved a scenario.
- Colors chooses the look. The first choice is your brand in use: named after its kit and marked In use when your brand came from a kit, else Your brand. Then your other kits (Brand kit), then Onyx's themes (Prebuilt). New decks start in the brand in use; another choice changes this deck only. See Brand kits.
If you see No data to show yet, connect the tenant or save a scenario, then Regenerate.

Generate
Choose Generate. The deck is built in the background, slide by slide, with a Progress list. The slide plan says how many slides it has; long tables may continue onto extra slides, and the built count shows when it's done.
You don't need to wait here. Close the tab and come back: the presentation is in Documents with Open progress. Stop cancels the build (with an optional reason).

Edit and download
When it's Ready, the studio opens. It has two tabs: Presentation (the deck) and Document (a companion report with the same content). Edit either, then download. See Edit with the agent or by hand and Versions and downloads.
The way back at the top (for example Back to Documents) leaves the builder at any step. Your choices are kept.
