Edit with the agent or by hand
Change a presentation or brief in the studio by asking the Studio agent or editing fields yourself, then save a version.
The studio shows the document in the middle, the slides (or the Outline of a brief) on the left, and a panel on the right with two tabs: Agent and Edit.

Select what to change
Click a slide in the list, or click something in the preview (a title, a chart, a table) to select it. With nothing selected, the agent and the fields work on what's on screen.
A slide or section marked This slide needs a look (or This section needs a look) has something to check, such as text that doesn't fit.
Ask the Studio agent
On the Agent tab, type what you want in plain words and press Send. For example:
- Tighten this slide for a CEO
- Turn this into a chart
- Add a recommendation slide at the end
- Make this section more concise
- Rewrite the executive summary
The agent changes the document and replies. Stop halts it.

Edit by hand
On the Edit tab, change the selected item's fields directly: a slide's Title, Subtitle, Takeaway, Bullets (Add bullet, move, remove), table cells, chart Chart type and data, and Speaker notes; a brief's headings, paragraphs, lists, callouts and Executive summary. Every number can be edited.
Change the colors
Colors in the studio's header switches the whole document to another brand kit or theme.
Save
Your edits are kept as you work; the header shows Saving…, Saved or Not saved.
| Button | Does |
|---|---|
| Undo | Undoes your last change (Ctrl+Z) |
| Discard | Throws away your changes since the last saved version |
| Save version | Saves a new version of the document, kept in its history |
If someone else saved the document after you opened it, you'll see A newer version was saved. Choose Reload to open the newest version.
The way back at the top (for example Back to Documents) leaves the studio.
Create an executive brief
Choose the sections of an executive brief, pick its colors, and generate an editable report for Word and PDF.
Build, review and download a quote
Build a quote from a saved scenario, choose its layout, brand kit and details, set your organization's quote defaults, create it to take its number, and download the PDF.
