There is no Settings item: your organization's setup is in Onyx Platform › Settings. See Settings are in Onyx Platform.

The menu button beside the logo (Collapse sidebar / Expand sidebar) shrinks the sidebar to icons. On a phone, the sidebar opens from the menu button in the top bar.

The Document Studio has no sidebar item: you open it from a customer with the Create button. See Document Studio.

Your organization's logo sits at the top of the sidebar, in light and dark versions, as on Platform.

Your GEM

At the foot of the sidebar, the GEM card shows your named Onyx contact. Choose Contact your GEM to send them a message, with an attachment if you need one. It works the same as on Platform: see Your GEM.

On a phone, the theme, density, notifications and account controls are tucked behind the ⋯ button at the top right (Toggle account menu). The book icon shows from tablet width up; on a phone, open the guide with Documentation in the command palette.

Data update notices

When Onyx updates the Microsoft data Deal Hub prices from, a notice appears across the top of every page, for example Microsoft incentive and funding data was updated on ... or Microsoft promotions were updated on .... Open scenarios update to the new data.

If incentive data is switched off, the notice says Microsoft incentive data was switched off on .... Scenarios are priced without incentives and funding. Scenario planning then shows No active Microsoft incentive data. until it's back.

Close a notice with its close button (Dismiss data update notice). It stays dismissed for you.

Ask Maya

Maya, the Onyx Microsoft licensing assistant, is in Deal Hub as soon as you sign in. Maya's launcher sits in the bottom-right corner of every page: select it to open the chat. You can also choose Ask Maya in the command palette.

If Maya is still loading, the command palette shows Opening Maya… and opens the chat when it's ready. If Maya can't load, it shows Maya could not load, try again; choose Ask Maya again to retry.

It's the same Maya as in Support Hub. For how Maya answers, see SupportHub and How Maya works.

While the Document Studio is open, the launcher is hidden so it doesn't cover your document, and Ask Maya isn't in the command palette. Both come back when you leave the studio.

On a customer's Azure data, Prioritize with Maya is a separate action on that screen: it turns Azure Advisor's recommendations into prioritized actions. See Azure data.
