Azure data
The customer's Azure subscriptions in Deal Hub: monthly spend, resources, Advisor recommendations and CSP migration readiness.
Azure data shows the customer's Azure environment, read only. It fills in after the customer connects Azure through an onboarding link. To add Azure for an existing Microsoft 365 customer, issue a new link that includes Azure.

The tenant card
The tenant's name and a sync line, for example Last synced: ... or Azure sync in progress. Large environments can take several minutes; the data refreshes when it finishes.
- Refresh data syncs again (Retry sync after a failure). Everyone with Deal Hub access can refresh.
- Disconnect (organization admins) asks Disconnect Azure?: it removes cached Azure data and stored Azure credentials for this customer. Microsoft 365 and deal products are kept. Confirm with Disconnect Azure. Members see An organization admin can do this. beside it.
Nightly refresh
A live Azure connection refreshes itself once a night, between 04:00 and 06:00 in your organization's local time. A line under the tenant card says so, for example Refreshes automatically each night. Last nightly refresh: .... If the last nightly refresh failed, the line says so in warning text with the reason and when the next nightly attempt is. You can still choose Refresh data at any time.

If the customer's data needs reconnecting, a note says when it last synced, with Send reconnect link, and the figures are dated as the last known snapshot. The nightly refresh doesn't run on that data.

The views
| View | Shows |
|---|---|
| Monthly Trend | Spend by month, by service, and the Service by month table |
| Resources (30D) | Resources and their cost over the last 30 days, by type and by location, and the Incentives and Margin Estimate - Last 30 Days. See below |
| Insights | Azure Advisor recommendations, by category and by impact, with details |
| CSP Migration Readiness | Findings on moving each subscription to CSP, such as Legacy, Unsupported SKU, Quota risk, RI eligible, Has RI, Marketplace dependency and Inherited RBAC, under one headline. See below |
On Monthly Trend, the chart and the Service by month table open on every month the cost read returned (usually 12 or 13). Months to show narrows it to Last 3 months or Last 6 months.
If no subscription returned cost data and the subscriptions say why (for example cost visibility is turned off, or a role is missing), the card reads Cost data unavailable and names each subscription with its reason.
Resources
The resources table lists each resource's Resource Name, Resource Group, Region, SKU (a virtual machine's size when no SKU is given), Description, Tags (the first two, then a count; hover to see every tag; No tags when there are none), Status, RI and ACR (30D). A resource a reservation covers by its scope and size reads Matched by scope and size, with the reservation, its term and its expiry. When the last sync recorded no utilization or reservation cost, the row says The last sync recorded no utilization or reservation cost. (Not recorded), which isn't a fault.

Incentives and margin
Incentives and Margin Estimate - Last 30 Days estimates what the customer's Azure spend earns you: Purchase model, Consumed ACR, Estimated upfront margin, Estimated incentives and Together. A line under the title says what it was worked out from:
- Based on the last 30 days of Azure meter detail: the full estimate.
- Based on the last 30 days of Azure spend: used when meter detail is missing. The estimate counts resources, and the pay-as-you-go, reservation and growth rows say they appear once meter detail is available.
If the customer's Azure data needs reconnecting, the card says Incentive and margin figures appear after the customer's Azure is reconnected and synced.

CSP Migration Readiness
The view opens with a headline for the whole estate, with every check behind it and its count:
| Headline | Means |
|---|---|
| Blocked | Something stops a move to CSP: Classic resources, VM sizes or other SKUs CSP doesn't support, or active reservations or savings plans |
| Needs attention | Work to plan before moving, never a blocker: quota risk, Marketplace items, inherited access (including Tenant-level admin roles detected: admin roles assigned above the subscriptions), expired or canceled reservations and savings plans, or checks that couldn't be read |
| Not checked | Nothing could be read |
| Ready | Everything was read and nothing was found |
Open a check to see what it found and what to do.
Reservations and savings plans each show their state (Active, Expired, Cancelled or State not reported), and the Reservations and Savings plans cards count them by state. An expired or canceled reservation or savings plan is a warning, never a blocker: it reads Not blocking (Not blocking, review before migrating).

Export to Excel
Every view has Export to Excel, which downloads what the view shows as a workbook named Customer - Data set - date. Each workbook lists anything that couldn't be read, with the reason. The CSP Migration Readiness workbook answers each check Yes, No or Unavailable, and lists the tenant checks and every reservation and savings plan with its state.
AI prioritized actions
On Insights, choose Prioritize with Maya. Maya reads the Advisor recommendations and the current Azure snapshot and returns AI prioritized actions: a Summary, Actions by area (for example Cost optimization, Security, Reliability, Reservations, CSP readiness), each with its rationale, a Next step, a confidence level (High confidence, Medium confidence, Low confidence) and Microsoft Learn links. Grounded in the current Azure snapshot. Review every action before applying it.
Refresh AI priorities runs it again, for example after a new sync.
This works on the Azure data only. For a Microsoft licensing question, use the Ask Maya chat.

Data coverage
When some data couldn't be read, a warning chip shows on the view with a count, for example 2 subscriptions incomplete. Click it to open Data coverage: what's Not counted or Counted, incomplete, why, and How to grant this. Show in view jumps to the row.
Reservation data needs the Reservations Reader role on the customer's side. A Billing Account Owner or Reservation Administrator assigns the Reservations Reader role at the user or tenant billing scope. Pass this to the customer's Azure administrator; it unlocks reservation figures, the RI badge on Resources and the Has RI check.
If a subscription's cost couldn't be read, Deal Hub retries automatically (Automatic retry scheduled).
