Partner offers
Attach your own services from Onyx Platform's Services to a customer's proposal and set how likely each is.
Partner offers is where you add your own services to the deal. They come from your services in Onyx Platform (Settings › Services; see Services). Anyone with Deal Hub access can attach them. A service hidden from proposals isn't offered here, unless this customer already has it.

Attach a service
Find the service, grouped by workload, or search with Search offers by name, type or workload....
Tick it to include it in this proposal.
Set its status: High, Medium, Low, Won or Lost. New offers start at Medium.
A service needs a price in the catalog before you can include it (Add a price to this service first). Choose Open Services settings to add one in Onyx Platform's Settings › Services (organization admins).
If a service you attached was later removed from the catalog, it's listed under No longer in the catalogue, where you can Remove it.
With no services in the catalog yet, you'll see No partner services have been loaded for your organization yet, with Open Partner setup in Settings, which opens Onyx Platform's Services.
