Settings are in Onyx Platform
Deal Hub has no settings of its own. Every setting it uses is in Onyx Platform's Settings, and old Deal Hub settings links open the matching Platform page.
Deal Hub's settings live in Onyx Platform › Settings, one place for every Onyx hub. Deal Hub's sidebar has no Settings item. Its account menu's Settings opens Platform's General Settings, and every link inside Deal Hub that needs a setting (for example Open Pricing settings in Scenario planning) opens the matching Platform page.
Old Deal Hub settings addresses and bookmarks still work: they open the Platform page below.
| What you set | Where it is now | Open it |
|---|---|---|
| Company details and Microsoft purchasing channels (was Company Profile) | Settings › Company | Company |
| Logo, colors and brand kits (was Branding) | Settings › Branding and Brand kits | Branding |
| Quote number prefix and default terms (was Quote Config) | The Document Studio's quote page, under For every quote. See Build a quote | From a customer's Create › Quote in Deal Hub |
| Services you sell (was Service Catalog) | Settings › Services | Services |
| Procurement sources (was Pricing Config) | Settings › Pricing › Procurement sources | Procurement sources |
| Uploading and activating price lists (was Pricing Config) | Settings › Pricing and Uploaded files | Pricing |
| Funded engagements and incentive look-ups | Settings › Incentives and funding | Incentives and funding |
The Get started checklist and the dashboard's setup banner are gone. To set up a new organization, follow Set up in this order.
For organization admins
Only organization admins change these settings. Other members can open the Platform pages and read them. See Settings.
