Versions and downloads
Download a presentation, brief, quote or export in each format, see every saved version, and restore an earlier one.
Download from the studio
In the studio, choose Download:

The file downloads straight away (Building… while it's made). Quotes download as PDF from the quote's Download step, and exports as Excel from the export's Export step.
Download from Documents
In the customer's Documents, each generated document's Download gets its file, and its menu offers the other formats (for example Download PDF).
Version history
Each time you Save version in the studio, a new version is kept. In Documents, choose Show version history on a document.

To go back to an earlier version, choose Restore version ... on its row. You'll see Version ... is now the current version. The other versions stay in the history.
Older presentations and briefs, made before the current studio, open View only: you can download their files but not edit them. See Documents.
