Your organisation's logo sits at the top. The button beside it (Collapse sidebar / Expand sidebar) shrinks the sidebar to icons. On a phone, the sidebar opens from the menu button in the top bar.

If you can't open a hub yet, its sidebar item takes you to the Dashboard, whose tile says what to do.

Your GEM

Near the bottom of the sidebar, Your GEM is your named Onyx contact, for example your Partner Success Lead. Choose Contact your GEM to message them. See Your GEM.

Ask Maya

Maya, the Onyx Microsoft licensing assistant, has a launcher in the bottom-right corner of every page once you're signed in. Select it to open the chat. See SupportHub.

Report an issue

The round button in the bottom-left corner lets you report a problem with Platform to the Onyx team. You can drag it out of the way.
